Life Sales Adviser – Swansea - £18-20k plus bonus

A new position has become available within this expanding Independent Financial Advisers.

Our Client is currently seeking a Life Sales Advisor to provide limited advice on assurance policies and other insurances to their customers.

Reporting to the Sales Manager you will be responsible for:

• Providing accurate and ethical advice on assurance and other insurances to the client’s customers.
• Ensure customers, clients and introducers receive a high level of service.
• Achieve all performance indicators set by senior staff.
• Respond to all incoming calls accordingly.
• Produce quotations following company compliance.
• Identify leads for IFA’s
• Cross sell products and services to maximise business.
• Provide support for other areas of the business.
• Produce accurate reports.
• Monitor leads to ensure customers are contacted within set time scale.
• Ensure proposal forms are completed by regular customer contact.

Skills
Desired Experience:

You will ideally come from a Financial Services background and be part FPC qualified or have a strong background in Telesales. Knowledge of the insurance market is desirable.
