Face to Face Customer Service Officer

Job description:

You’ll have a variety of responsibilities ranging from greeting customers at reception and discussing their needs to carrying out cash transactions. Another important part of your role will be to identify sales opportunities that will deliver a better service to customers and meet targets.


Skills
We need confident, motivated people, who aren’t afraid to jump right in and start talking to customers. You’ll need to be a team player, friendly, helpful and able to use your initiative. Commercial awareness is also important, as is a willingness to learn.
