Job description:
Our client is an award winning Seafood Restaurant situated in Pembrokeshire. The restaurant is busy with a local and tourist trade and is open all year around.

We are seeking a Commis Chef to work with a Senior Sous and a Head Chef.









Skills
Responsibilities & Ideal Candidate:

- Preparation of vegetables & salad, assistance with starters, desserts & general kitchen duties in a busy environment
- Must be familiar with HACCP practices or have HACCP qualifications
- Must be familiar with the menus and specials of the day
- At least 2-3 years experience in a similar position
- The candidate must be able to multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Must be courteous and focused on providing an excellent level of customer service.
- Avoidance of waste is necessary.
- Must be flexible with regard to hours and be detail orientated
- Well presented with an excellent command of English.
